Malta names top students: Darrah and Sjostrom in '17

The Malta Public School District has announced that Cru Darrah is the valedictorian of the Class of 2017.

Blake Sjostrom has been named salutatorian

Cru is the son of Lona and Jeff Darrah of Malta, Mont. He compiled a 3.99 grade point average during his time in high school.

Blake is the son of Greg and Kelly Sjostrom of Malta, Mont. He compiled a 3.92 grade point average during his time in high school.

Malta High School's graduation will be Sunday, May 21 starting at 2 p.m. in the high school gymnasium.
